At the Nathaniel and Seleta Crawford Family Foundation, we believe luxury is not a price tag, it's a way of living. It's the ease of owning your home. The pride of building your career. The freedom of knowing your children will inherit more than you did. And it belongs to everyone regardless of race, background, or zip code.
Yet for too long, the luxury real estate industry and the generational wealth it creates has remained out of reach for BIPOC communities. We exist to change that. Through training, mentorship, financial support, and advocacy, we walk alongside the next generation of agents, brokers, and homeowners, opening doors that have historically been closed.

The Nathaniel and Seleta Crawford Family Foundation was born from a simple but radical belief: the finer things in life beautiful homes, meaningful careers, financial freedom, and a life of impact should not be reserved for a select few. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in South Florida, committed to building pathways into the luxury real estate industry for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) while also caring for those most often overlooked in our communities.
