The Nathaniel and Seleta Crawford Family Foundation provides education, resources, and opportunities to historically underserved communities. Our goal is to ensuring that all individuals and families have access to the economic stability and growth they deserve.

Access + Empowerment = IMPACT

We work with community organizations, real estate brokerages, real estate developers, and government entities to empower minorities with access to education, empowerment, and development opportunities to build more diverse luxury communities and lead more impactful lives.

Broker Assistance & Real Estate Career Training

Many parents struggle to find easy and convenient access to healthcare services for their children. Long wait times and limited availability of pediatricians make it difficult to get timely medical attention.

  • Scholarships for licensing classes and exams

  • Brokerage fee assistance

  • Miami Association of Realtors dues for new agents

  • Access to The Iconic Agent Playbook training

  • Mentorship programs and industry networking events

Homeownership Training

Unforeseen medical expenses can put a financial strain on families. With high out-of-pocket costs, it’s hard for parents to budget for their child's healthcare needs effectively.

  • Mortgage readiness and credit building

  • Navigating the buying process with confidence

  • Legal and financial aspects of homeownership

Senior Care & Caregiver Support

  • Family Caregiver Project - offering one-on-one support, workshops, and referral services

  • Consulting services for senior care facilities and first responders

Passionate advocacy for real estate equity, economic empowerment & social services for seniors and caregivers.

The Nathaniel and Seleta Crawford Family Foundation was established to address critical gaps in opportunity and representation within the real estate industry and senior care services. Our founders recognized that systemic barriers have long prevented minority communities from accessing the resources needed to thrive in these essential sectors.

Homeownership Training

Our comprehensive homeownership education program addresses the critical knowledge gaps that prevent successful home purchases, particularly in communities of color.

Caregiver Support Systems

These programs help connect participants with essential services for families and caregivers of adults over 60 or individuals of any age requiring assistance.
